Recently I moved to Ketchum, Idaho to pursue my dream as a professional cross-country skier. The 2013-14 season was a breakthrough year for me as I qualified for U23 World Championships in Val di Fiemme, Italy. My goal is to ski for the USA in PyeongChang for the 2018 Olympics.
Favorite Thing? Spending time in the beautiful outdoors with good friends!
What Makes You Epic? I love cross-country skiing and I push myself to be a better athlete every single day. I face my fears and get outside of my comfort zone on a regular basis.
How Do You Define Epic? Epic to me means doing what makes you the happiest while pushing your limits and stepping outside of your comfort zones!
Why Do you Love RooEpic? I love RooEpic because it is a Colorado company and is run by an incredible person/friend! RooEpic has awesome products that are great for all activities, especially cross-country skiing!
What Is Your Favorite RooEpic Product? My favorite product is the Superband. I use the Superband on cold summer mornings and all winter long!

How many hours do you train? Sleep? – I will train ~700 this year. I try to sleep 9 hours a night
